$D:\My Pictures\Church\Church 2015\edits\ed-.jpg$ The Rotary Show- Mobile is available to agencies, non profit and private organization events. Contact Bob Wright by email dr.bob.wright@gmail.com. The Show-Mobile is a portable stage 32 feet long. The floor space is 28 feet wide by 12 feet deep. It is a self contained unit with fluorescent lights. An extension cord may be plugged into any 110 volt outlet for sufficient electrical supply. The height of the back wall is 6 feet 6 inches. There is a back wall door and an end wall door which are 28 inches wide and 6 feet 2 1/2 inches high. There are two sets of steps with handrails. An operator is provided with the Show-Mobile.

Once an application is received, it will be reviewed and the applicant will be notified of availability within five business days. Rotary maintains a policy of insurance with respect to use of the stage. The Lessee shall correspondingly have coverage of liability during its use in the minimum of $1,000,000 stating that the Rotary Club of Fergus-Elora will be held harmless in the event of an accident. Proof of coverage shall be delivered to Rotary prior to delivery of the stage.

Group A	Not For Profit community groups within 30 km of Fergus including; Service clubs, Churches, Sports and Civic Association, 4H, agricultural societies and other Not for Profit organizations. All Rotary Clubs.	$975.00/ day & $300 for each additional day	$300 within 30 km radius of Fergus. For events greater than 30 km an additional $3.25 per km round trip will be charged.
Group B	Businesses, organizations whose mailing address or function do not qualify for Group A	$1200 for the first day & $500 for each additional day
Group C	Events Sponsored by Individuals or Organizations other than those identified in Groups A or B	$2000 for the first day & $500 for each additional day

HST is applicable to all rentals

Fees charged includes mileage, supervision by a Rotarian(s), and use of the Show-Mobile. The user of the Show-Mobile must provide two people to assist a Rotarian with assembly and disassembly of the unit and 2 passes to the event to allow access to the stage. A 10% deposit is due upon acceptance of the booking. Make cheques or money orders payable to the Rotary Club of Fergus-Elora. All deposit fees are non-refundable. All fees must be paid in full upon delivery of the stage by cash, certified funds or as arranged between the parties by email. If the Rotary Club of Fergus Elora is unable to honour the rental agreement all fees will be refunded. In the event that the Lessee signs a rental agreement and then cancels the use of the Show-Mobile on more than two (2) weeks' notice all fees minus the deposit will be returned; on less than two (2) weeks' notice, Rotary shall retain $150.00 or the deposit fee whichever is greater. Should the event be rained out, the lessee shall pay the Delivery/setup fee + 1/3 of the Usage fee as previously agreed upon.

Application for MOBILE STAGE RENTAL

We hereby agree to rent the Rotary Club of Fergus Elora mobile stage for the sum indicated below. We acknowledge and agree to the rental arrangements and costs outlined in this agreement. The stage will be returned to the Rotary Club of Fergus Elora in the condition in which it was received. We, the undersigned organization, accept responsibility for repairing or financing the repair of all damages incurred to the stage while it is in our possession.
