Guest Speaker: Brian Blackmere

Our Guest was Brian Blackmere from Pearle Hospitality, the company that is currently developing the Elora Mill property.  Brian told the Club about the plans for the site and the progress Pearle has made so far.  He said that they anticipate that much of the work on the Mill side of the river will be completed in 2017. 

 

Brian presented conceptual photographs of both the Mill side of the development and the plans for the other side of the river.  There were many questions about the 2nd phase of the development with particular interest seeming to centre on the condominium units anticipated along the river’s edge.
