The Rotary Club of Fergus-Elora put on a big party prior to Christmas at the Fergus Legion Branch 275 for children attending Kids Ability programs in Centre Wellington. Santa Claus was in attendance, providing each of the 74 children with a gift at the Dec. 16 event.
Rotarians had such a great time providing Centre Wellington Kids Ability families a visit with Santa and his elves, lunch, face painting, and gift. Fergus Elora Rotarians have been involved with supporting Kids Ability for more than 30 years. Initially Rotarians drove Kids Ability children to Kitchener for their appointments.
In 2026 The Rotary Club of Fergus Elora will be celebrating their 60th year of "Service above Self".
